At Genstream IPTV, we strive to provide the best service possible. Please review our policy regarding guarantees and refunds:
1.No Refunds for Activated Accounts:
Once your order is confirmed and your IPTV account is activated, we are unable to offer refunds or returns. This is due to the nature of digital IPTV codes, which cannot be resold or reused.
 
2.12-Month Guarantee:
All products include a 12-month guarantee. During this period, we will replace or refund any product that experiences issues caused by the manufacturer.
 
3.Refunds for Non-Delivery:
If we are unable to deliver your order for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
 
4.Incorrect Product or Inactive Key Code:
If you receive the wrong product or a key code that cannot be activated, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
 
5.Key Code Activation Issues:
If a key code cannot be activated for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will investigate and either replace the code or issue a refund if necessary.
 
6.Technical Support and Problem Resolution:
If you encounter difficulties with your product, reach out to us immediately with a detailed description of the issue. Include screenshots or photos to help us better understand and assess the problem.
 
•Our skilled technicians will work with you to resolve the issue and assist with installation or activation.
•In the rare event that our support team cannot solve the problem, you will be eligible for a refund.
